Process Technology : Separate tentacle and tube of fresh loligo squid, then skin, gut the tube and remove eyes, beak and ink sac from tentacle. Freeze them by placing in tray with the normal ratio of tube (wings-on) and tentacle. The whole process is implemented strictly in accordance with HACCP specification.
